Administration page

Access the configuration via Setup > Modules > ProductionInterne > Configuration.

General settings

Default warehouse

Select the default destination warehouse for productions. This warehouse will be pre-selected when creating production orders.

Production delay

Set the standard delay in days for production. This delay is used to calculate estimated delivery dates.

Production capacity

Configure the default production capacity and its unit:

• Daily: Maximum quantity produced per day
• Per period: Maximum quantity over a given period
• Per production: Maximum quantity per production line

Overproduction

• Allow overproduction: Allows producing more than the requested quantity
• Automatic distribution: Automatically distributes surplus to other pending orders for the same product (FIFO method)

Automatic creation

Enable automatic creation of production orders when validating customer orders.

Product configuration

For each product requiring internal production:

1. Open the product card
2. In the Other attributes tab, configure:
   • Supply mode: Select "Internal manufacturing"
   • Production delay: Number of days required
   • Production capacity: Maximum quantity
   • Production warehouse: Specific destination warehouse

Permissions

Configure user permissions from Setup > Users > Groups:

Notifications

Enable email notifications to be alerted about:

• Production order creation
• Validations and closures
• Production delays
• Urgent productions
• Capacity overruns
