Manual creation

From the Production > New menu, fill in the form:

  • Select the product to manufacture
  • Enter the quantity to produce
  • Choose the destination warehouse
  • Set the planned date and priority

Production order lifecycle

A production order goes through 5 statuses:

  1. Draft: Order created, editable
  2. Validated: Order confirmed, ready for production
  3. In progress: Production started (at least one entry recorded)
  4. Completed: Total quantity reached
  5. Cancelled: Order cancelled

Recording a production

  2. Click Record production
  3. Fill in:
    • Quantity produced: Number of units manufactured
    • Warehouse: Stock destination
    • Batch number: Batch identification (optional)
    • Serial number: Serial identification (optional)
    • Quality control: Control result
    • Production time: Duration in minutes

Stock is automatically updated with an inbound movement.

Production tracking

Production list

The Production > Production tracking menu displays all orders with:

  • Filters by status, product, priority, date
  • Progress bar for each order
  • Colour-coded priority indicators

Intelligent priority

The system automatically calculates priority based on:

  • Deadline (40%): Proximity to the planned date
  • Quantity (30%): Volume to produce
  • Order link (30%): Customer order urgency

5 levels: Very urgent, Urgent, Normal, Low, Very low

Overproduction and distribution

If you produce more than the requested quantity:

  • The surplus is automatically detected
  • If automatic distribution is enabled, the excess is allocated in FIFO to other pending orders for the same product
  • Full traceability: each redistribution is recorded

Stock integration

The module natively integrates with Dolibarr stock:

  • Automatic inbound movements for each recording
  • Virtual stock calculation (actual stock - reservations)
  • Automatic detection of production needs
